We had booked a flat in C Wing Prity Park in May 2010...from March 11, the construction is stopped completely..no construction for the last 3 yrs...paying full EMI + Rent (for the present flat)...too much under emotional and financial burden...Builder doesnt even care to meet us and give a proper reply...every time they say "work gonna start in a months time"....is there any other buyer like us on the same boat? kindly reply...

Hello Dlina, I am also the passenger of the same boat. I booked a flat in B 201 of Prity Park project in Feb 2011. Since then I am struggling for getting possession of the flat. Stamp Duty and Registration already done in the same year.
Ours flat is C-201, no construction at all happening...find ourselves too helpless...happy to see ur reply Kedar...you r the only customer name I got other than ours, for doomed project of B and C Wing...

@Vinay...yes, u r right...something needed to be done...we really wanted some other customers' details to know what they are thinking and doing about the same....
Hi,
"C" wing's status remains the same for the past 3.5 years. No work at all. But their sales person is saying that they have started the work. Better you need to visit the site, and the reality shall be infront of you. I tried to call several times but there is hardly anyone provide me with any valid detail.
Have you too booked a flat in Wing C?
