Q:
Sairung developers is asking to pay heavy maintenance to keep one security at their sites where they have sold land plots to customers. Please be aware on this.
i am a very old customer of sairung and i did face some issues initially but later i realized that those were technical issues in which sairung had no hand. but even though it wasnt there fault they helped me a lot and everything was clear in a flash. even i had my intitial doubts about the company before i invested but now i am thankfull to sairung for the great returns that i have achieved. in fact i am planning on investing in there new projects.
i also had some doubts about the company and at last they ask me for resale of the plot to them then i realised that if the property will be in fault then they would not have contacting me , though they are offering me less than the market rate but it was quite good return....

I am interested in investment in one of sairang upcoming project. Please let me know your reviews about sairang developers and your experience about the various projects in pune if you have invested in any of these.
I have invested in one of the project of sairung around 2004 in their scheme Sairung Samruddhi - II, at that time it was jungle and i bought land from sairung just Rs.90 per sqft, and now i have inquired that the price is now reached Rs.1200/- up per sqft, ...very good return by sairung , i remember that when i used to go for those area which they had developed the plots , there where no one was there in plotting and now its like MELA , but no one can compare sairung in legal paper work...
