Q: What are the size of plots available in this project? How are the internal roads?

I am planing to buy a plot in Durga North city. As per the process, 30% of the total amount need to pay at the time of sale agreement. For remaining amount we can go for loan. But they said, loan sanction would take 6-9 months. Can we believe them and go for sale agreement?I am planing to buy a plot in Durga North city.
