Suggestions needed for investing in Gem Grove project
Q: Hello people... I am planning to book an apartment in Gem Grove, Padur (OMR), Chennai... but I have been hearing bad reviews at the same time... Please suggest what to do.. Thank you

Clarifications / Suggestions needed about GEM GROVE project, OMR, PADUR, CHENNAI
Q: Hi, I approached GEM Grove this week. Plan and cost looks good and reasonable and model flat looks fine. However, there are few items that makes to get a second thought: 1) Salesperson said that even those who booked the flats are not allowed to visit inside the construction area. (this is an important factor that questions the realiability and the delivery of flat as promised) 2) They say no to get loan from LIC and the reason they say is that LIC will keep on changing the policies. As per me LIC is one of the realiable loan source 3) After going through this forum, there were some discussions going on about the change in plan (Pillar raises through center of Living room??!! and also the the wall in Terrace will not be a glass fibre as shown in picture).Can someone please throw some lights on this, if aware of any information. Especially, information from those who booked the flats will be helpful.
