Do u think its a good option to buy.
I am looking at a long term stay, with less focus on resale.

Exactly where is this graveyard? Are you talking about the Fern's City graveyard, that's 2 km away and is not visible from any of the flats.
Is it towards the Maheshwaramma road?
Plz tell me, as I am buying a flat which has balcony facing the east, in a direction opposite to the Outer ring road. Mahadevapura lake will be visible to my right eye.
The graveyard would be the only reason why I would not buy the flat.

Hello , All the amenities are being provided in the ground floor of the premises, One unit is for Multi functional hall, one unit is for Billiards , snooker, carroms etc.. , one unit is for meditation, gym and yoga. Ther have given the pool contract to Millenium pools, i have gone through the millenium pools reviews, they make really good pool, i hope they make excellent pool in this builing, i booked seeing the amenities only, no builder leaves three portions for Amenities, i believe they have placed order with Max fitness for the gym equipment. Hopefully the project should be completed by September. There are no pent houses without permission, this is clearly clarified from the builder clearly. The centre portion is childrem play area , i am happy with the progress. The construction was never stopped at anypoint of time , i have been following it up keenly since one year. Please let me know if any one is reselling it, i need to take one two bedroom for my brother.
