Diamond Villa at Sarada Pally, Joda Khana, Hana Para in Kestopur
Q: Could any one please help with the details for this project? Is this a good project to invest in. Would like to know more about the location also.

Hi Dhiman, Diamond Villa is one of the popular residential developments in Kestopur, neighborhood of Kolkata. It's G+5 Storey building consisting 36 nos of flats in 2 block. Only 2nd and 4th floors are available for sale in 2BHK where one can modify or reconstruct as a 3/4 BHK. Developer has provided a huge space into it. The current price of 2BHK in various ranges like 789/850/986 sq.ft @ Rs. 2500/sq.yd excluding charges.
Hi Anil, Thanks for the Insight. Also could you possibly suggest how to/whom to proceed/contact in buying a flat in Diamond Villa? Also are there any more options other than Diamond Villa, with the same connectivity and nearness to SaltLake? Thanks Dhiman
