When is this project expected to be completed? Why are buyers filing for refund on RERA?
Q: Triveni Contour was supposed to be ready by Dec 2017 but it delayed and existing buyer have filed a complaint on RERA.

As per RERA the CC is till 9th floor but the construction is completed till 10th floor. Is it because of that? Real Estate experts on TV said that getting approvals becomes an issue if there are irregularities at work site or when builder runs out of funds to pay the authorities and labours.
