Hi All Even the promised carpet area is now reduced. The original carpet area for 1600 sft (KIngston xxx8) was supposed tobe 33ft by 32ft and the balcony 11ft by 5ft, However now as per theactual plan it is now 32ft 7.5 inches by 31ft 7.5 inches and the balcony is only 11ft by 4.6 inches. So there will be a net reduction of ~50 sft in terms of super built up area (38 sft in terms of carpet area). It means all the buyers of 1600 sft flat will be losing ~50 sft but need to pay for it.
