Q: Built up area is 1500 sqft. Two floors building which individual house with car parking , bore and cmc water. Owner is quoting 80L. Is it worth to buy a home at that price?

Hello Krupa/ Madhav, I agree with both of you but as I am going for home loan the rent what I am getting on the house and EMI what i would be paying will have huge difference. It if covers at least 60% to 70 % of my EMI that would good and fine I think so. Q: Is it fine to buy a flat near Garden City college , K R Puram(about 300 mtrs from the flat) for 2600 sqft? It is in the fifth floor. It is Panchayath katha land. Flat owner is share holder of land where these flats were constructed. Flat owner is asking 4l extra for amenities (only providing parking facility n party hall) Could please suggest whether to buy or not? If yes what could be the price i have to buy?
