All I know is that the contractor is Shapoorji Pallonji but no idea about the seepage issues. Other AWHO project in noida do have the seepage issue but their contractor is different.

Hi Manish, This project is in greater noida and within a walking distance from pari chowk..so surely quite comfortable situated. but I think that for the area to be comfortable living it will take time say another 4-5 years. the possession expected is in june this year and the work is going on at afast pace.

Hi...i have heard that the construction is average and there are water seepage issues already. but i think you should contact the AWHO to clarify your doubts and give you a clear picture.
