Sunteck Signia Orion-Airoli -
Q: Status of Sunteck Orion in Airoli- Delay in commencement of work for lack of approvals? When will this project start. Its been a year since its prelaunch and i hear that it does'nt have required appropriation about your Question.

My comments to replies
I have given up on this option , the latest is that the project is being scrapped . I am looking out for other high rise projects , millenium avinash (just behind sunteck oceans) going for a resale flat.. but apparently it does not have OC as of yet as well ... would it make sense to invest in a flat which does not have a OC
Hi Girish, Its better to have an OC in place. if the Builder is not able to get an OC then there would have been some non-compliance by the Builder in respect to the construction. If the OC is not in place then your basic amentities such as Water from NMMC/BMC gets hampered. Ranjita
