My comments to replies
yes, it is not under noida authority; but the dealer showed us all the papers regarding the land, that looks OK. they have taken proper permission also for building upto 7th floor; so that seems fine. rather it is freehold and u would be able to do registry in ur name.(not on lease like in noida auth).
Loan part is not clear they are saying that loan frm dhfl is available but not a nationalised bank. construction is also going on in full swing. u are buying frm whom? and what rate they r offering? as they r planning 2nd phase launch, it will soon become more expensive.
