@Saurabh, as per your question here i want to clarify that they are not making you fool....they are registering UDS as well as Flat super built-up area also if you see in schedule A they have mentioned UDS and in schedule B they have mentioned your super built up area. So they are registering both the things.... May your lawyer has confused in both the things. Because i have also bought an apartment in Parkwood...
