There is no response from builder, when i asked them about possession date.
Q: I have booked a flat in Mantri Premero in Dec 2011. At the time of booking I was told that I will be getting possession in June 2013. With the current progress there is no possibility for its completion in June'2013. Now I am writing to Mantri people about possession date, but they are not replying on it. Now I am frustrated and worried about my purchase. Please suggest if there is a way forward.

Thats absolutely right. Even i own one of the Flat which was booked in June 2012, The possession was told in Sep 2013, then it moved to March 2014, now they are saying it will be finished by the end of the year. But we dont have any hope the project completing.Thats absolutely right.
