Whom to pay?
Q: I am asked to pay the booking amount or Malaga Project to M/S Yashna Properties Pvt. Ltd. ( not Groupco or Groupco Yash as advertised). Mr. Hem , MD-Groupc explained that this new company is opened as special vehicle for managing Malaga project. Please advise.

Hi Jayanta, Malaga seems a good option. Yashna Properties is a separate entity and they develop projects as well. At what rate did you book a flat at Malaga?Hi Jayanta, Malaga seems a good option.
