I have booked a HIG apartment in Greenwood Nest project of Bengal Shrachi at New Town Action Area 1 around three years back. I have already paid around 35% of the Flat value. Around a year back, Bengal Shrachi issued a letter to me giving an option to withdraw the money, as the project plan has not been sanctioned by concerned authority. As I genuinely require the apartment, I have not yet withdrawn the money.
As I am staying abroaad, I do not have any contact with any buyer of this project. May I request the other buyers to give me their contact details so that I can keep contact with you, as I am very anxiously waiting for the latest status of the project.

I think we now need to fight united. I am waiting for dilip to add me to the google group to know what all people think on the best next actions. Wait and wait further or contemplate some legal action even if it yields nothing.

HI.. I HAD BOOKED A 2 BHK IN GREENWOOD NEST.. I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS HAPPENING ON THE APPROVALS FRONT... IS SHRACHI EVEN TRYING TO GET THEM ??? I am one of the sufferers of your same fate. I was selected a 2bhk flat in Upper Maze of the Greewoodnest;but
Bengal Shrachi still prefers to keep mum over their latest stutus of the Project. I am in great need of an accommodation;but their abnormal delay has put me into an abyss of despair. I need all the owners will unite on this issue and put joint pettition to the Govt.Authorities.I personally wrote to Principal secretary,Govt.of West Bengal and e-mailed to C.M.Of West Bengal several times ;but to of no avail.
