Q:
Hi, Has anyone heard of a Concrete construction Sangeeth project in Raidurgam. Its 2 miles from Lanco Hills. But I am getting a mixed opinion about the builder. The opinion is something like "The builders were really good intially but slowly the quality is taking a hit." If some one inspected the project or have some suggestions please post a reply.
Hi All, I have booked a flat in Concrete Sangeeth A block. I noticed that this is the only forum on the web discussing on this project. I have created a facebook page to discuss about the progress and track the commitments made by the builder. I request all the flat owners in this project to join that page and I have some recent updates coming up on the project as I stay nearby and am visiting the project frequently.

1. Does it has Completion and occupation certificate?
2. It is approved by SBI?

I have bought a flat here and taken loan from LIC. SBI and LIC have on of the most stringent parameters and everything looked fine from that perspective. The flats are legal snd as per approvals.
Please contact my LIC agent who did everything very quickly for me and is prompt with his service
