Hi, Anyone bought a plot in Happy County layout? This layout is located on IOC road, Vagata village near Hoskote. I am one of the plot owners of this layout and would like to connect with other owners. There is lot of happenings in this area these days. Sakshi(Jagati publications) had setup their Bangalore branch next to this layout. Opp to it, a 70 acre layout(Hansika) is coming up. Please join the yahoo group

Some activity finally after 18 months. Thought this group was dead. For Khata you would need to go to the local office there, do not remember the exact location. They do not work some Saturdays, as I am aware of this. You would need to go with sale deed primarily, and tax paid receipts I guess. But you would need to go to Malur for sure to get it. Do not go through an agent unless you know that person, else there are lots of cheats there. I tried to pay tax there and got cheated with bogus tax paid receipt and had to pay again.
