Hi Rajesh, The land space in front of this Apartment, is of a different person, though the apartment group has their construction material placed here. They are saying this would be unused space as 30mts has been demarked by govt for road expansion and widening. Let me know if you also verified Commencement Certificate(CC) and Occupancy Certificate of the same project.

Yes I have checked. They do have commencement certificate. OC would be provided once construction is over & the builders would have to approach Bbmp saying the building is ready to occupy
