Hi Apurv, I have two 1 bhk jodi flats in Bldg No.14. We visited the site office around two weeks ago and were informed that they will start giving possession by July'16. However, personally looking at the state of progress, I do not feel that the possession will be given atleast until Jan-Feb'17. In case there is any owners' forum formed and is active, this time period can be reduced by constantly following up with the builder.
