What is the result of hearing today?
I know SHAKUNTHALA H is already having case with the property opposite to Masheswari amman temple. (other side of the road)
Since all ancestral properties are not disposed fully, they should share with the remaining logically.
I hope all extra parties are dis-associated from the case.
Threatening 3-rd party to excavate money is illegal.

There should be 90 Apartments and Club House/Gym only. Anything more will be a deviation. We need to unite together if they sell/book all 90 and then start to deviate.

This Land property was sold to fulfill the liabilities of SHAKUNTHALA's Father. There is no point of SHAKUNTHALA H asking share in this piece of land.
