Please don't buy in Prajay, staff is very rude after you pay the money. We booked a flat in Prajay megapolis Phase 2 in feb 2013 now they sent a mail that they could not construct alternatively they told to select a flat in Phase1 with an extra payment of 9lacs for same size which is too much and staff is very reckless in answering to us. No...in first phase there are only mortgage flat which we are not sure when the registration will done and flats on 19th floor which are very costly with floor rising and also we need to pay shifting charges, we are left with no option other than waiting.

r u ready to sign new agreement ..? bcz old agreement expires by next 1.5 years or so..
I am thinking of any legal options here, bcz he is not going along with the agreeement and even for the cancellation he is saying that it will take 9-12 months or so to get due amount. We have to loose 1lack or so for the service tax .
