Q:
The Lake District Project is delayed beyond comprehension. We have booked a 2BHK Flat in Bldg C4 in Jan 2011 which is a part of the Phase1. As per the agreement the Apt should have been handed over by Dec 2012 considering all the grace periods of more than 6 months. The building has only reached 6th floor out of the 12. How many are such agreived parties? Can we join together and issue a notice to the builder?

Hi, We have our flat booked in September 2010 and the possession for same was in July 2012.. But there are no signs of any possession in nearby future though its a delay of more than 1.5 yrs. And now they are saying that the work will commence by end of Jan 2014. Its a huge huge delay....
