Hi All, I am planning to book a flat in Sonestaa iWoods. I've paid the booking amount (1L) and awaiting document verifications. Can anyone please provide me more details about the worth and genuineness of this project and builder? Has anyone done documents verification already through banks/personal lawyers and got the clearances? Also please furnish further details, if any.
