I book Flat in Ajnara Le Garden and Ajnara take Cheque for excavation work of Q tower but when I visited in Dec 14, work was not started even after 8 months.

Looks Like AJNARA do more delay and deliver after 2019. its K,L M,N tower have only little work done. What they built in future phase still not clear......

As per my knowledge, Ajnara Le garden is one of the popular residential development in Greater Noida West, Sector 16. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 875 sq-ft to 1095 sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around December 2017. All daily basic amenities like school, hospital & bank are near to this project. This project is well connected to other parts of the city by city transport.

But can we expect Possession by 2017 of Q and O tower (Recently launched tower)? I have doubt as they changed site plan again in Dec-14.
