My question is how is the reputation of the Vasavi estates builders, whether they deliver the property on time ? How is their constructional quality?

Hi Pawan. The location of the project is at whitefieds. All the amenities like hospital , banks.all stores and most of the it offices are at walking distance from the project. Whitefields is considered a prime location.I suggest you go and see the project location.

Hi Sridhar.I did the booking of a 2BHK flat today in shantiniketan. The total cost for 1235sqft is coming to 60L including taxes and other costs except registration charges.Visited the previous project by the builder. Construction seems ok.Did talk to some owners, they seem to be quiet satisfied with the builder.
