1. As claimed by hyde park, the left hand side and back side areas are facility or green park, but as per noida 2031 plan, these are also residential areas, seems these areas can be given to some other builders in the future. Do we have some document by nimbus which shows the current status of these greens.
2. wardrobes in rooms and kitchen furniture wont be provided?
3. I am planning for T or Y tower road facing units, but I doubt if in future some high rise come in front of it. getting deal in 5100 50:50 plan.

@ Mr. Nikhil - You are right. 4700-5000 is current price for RTM resale unit in hyde park.
I have heard that builder has got completion certificate for phase 1 (A-P tower ) and registry is started. Though possession for 2-3 towers in phase I is not yet given.
