My comments to replies
I have already booked a flat in this society and got legal checked by hiring advocate. The advocate says it a clean property. Also got Loan sanctioned from LIC and SBI is also in the list, so I feel the property is good to buy.
What was the cost that the builder has provided.do u have any idea what could be the latest cost.
