Sterling developers is reputed to delay all the projects.One of friends project Sterling Shalom in Whitefield was supposed to be handed over in May 2013.Now almost a year has passed and still no signs of getting it done.My friend was saying the builder is very unprofessional and does not keep to his words and still not giving the dates when they will give the apartment. Initially they will speak and appear very friendly but after getting about 80% of the apartment money they delay the projects usually by more than 2 years.My friend is frustrated with such unprofessional behaviour from this builder.So just a word of caution when you invest such a huge amount in this project.
