We have already received the sbi approval letter and sbi has already sanctioned the loan considering this as one of the documents. When you approach the builder and ask for it they will provide you the same and for your satisfaction you can verify it with any of the sbi branches. Hi guys we have booked a 2bhk flat in trifecta. All the documents re perfect and we have even started the loan process with sbi.....so when sib comes into picture the project has to be legally perfect. And moreover I was happy with the pace at which the work is going on...the project is also approved by sib...and we even got an legal opinion on this one at the onset of the loan process. Dear All, I recently visited the project site. All looks good from my perspective. I am planning to book 2 BKH. Clarification required on few areas: -
- Is this approved by BDA?.. what is the approval number… they haven't mentioned this in their site or in Brochure!
- Did anyone verify the documents?.. any issues seen?
- Has anybody taken loan from SBI?
- Is there any deviations reported? is OC promised?
- Any idea bout road extension? How many sq/ft of the project land will be lost during extension?

Hi subin.
I have checked the bad approval letter and so the same was verified by a I as well. The bda approval number will be in the bad approval letter itself which they will provide u upon request
They will be providing an oc and a a Khama upon completion.
There is also a proposal for road extension...as per my info.
