Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?
Hi all, As per my information SBI has approved that property .In fact i directly called to SBI lawyer who has done verification . If anybody want i can share no also .
Hi Pramila, I have also booked the flat in Amaze. As per EC, looks like they have taken loan from Magna finance for construction and all the flats has been mortgage with them. My lawyer is looking forward for the no claim certificate from Magna. I know that this project is arready approved by SBI and would like to talk to him and get his opiniion. Please share his number.
