Sonestaa Silver Oak: Review
Q: Hi, I am looking to buy a 2bhk in east bangalore. Can anyone please let me know what is rate per sqftt right now?

Do not invest in Sonestaa Meadows/Silveroak or in any other projects at Thubarahhali Extended Road, e.g Ashish JK, Charitha Greenwood etc. The road is very narrow (less than 8 ft wide) and not motorable at all. All the flat owners are right now trapped since none of the builders are trying to solve the road issue. Even the govt authorities including BBMP are not helping to get the so called "40 ft" road. i visited meadows i found all standard companies materials ,LIFT is SCHINDLER AUTOMATIC brand Which is very expensive i satisfied with the quality of material used for construction for me builder looks trustworthy
You seem be builder's person. No body is satisfied with the quality. If you really are a resident, post this comment to resident owner's group or facebook page. We will be happy to know that atleast one resident is satisfied with this worthless builder.
