Here is my latest mail to Lodha with no reply: Dear Glen, Forfeiting booking amount was acceptable if your sales team would have given me proper details. But its clearly a case of cheating just to achieve their sales target. Points to be considered: 1) Your sales team never shown actual site before the booking which should have been shown as this practice is normally followed by every builder today. 2) I saw site location on Google map as "Palava codename epic" which was very close to phase I (please refer attached snap shot). I was under an impression that this was the actual site location and agreed for booking. But the actual site is very far from what is shown on Google map. Your sales team also kept on insisting that site is very close from Phase I. 3) I sent a mail for confirming site location to your sales manager (Ganesh) with Google map snap shot but he never confirmed it.
