how is the promoter klazina consultants ltd for neemrana gateway residency

I bought a plot in Gateway Residency in 2013. The price has increased since then. Work progress is slow. I personally met one of the manager of KCL in their office at Sohna ROad. So far company looks trust worthy. Lets hope for the best. But I must say Neemrana will be the next Gurgaon in coming 10 yrs.I bought a plot in Gateway Residency in 2013.
