New Buyer willing to buy 1bhk @ Mirabhayander or Nalasopara
Q: As m very new! willing to buy 1bhk at Miraroad-Nalasopara East/West, with legal documents, from legal builder. Need proper assistance about what all documents i should check, and of what i should be aware of? Which builder i should not contact ! Pls Share your experience.. Thanks in Advance!

Latest Answer: Yes Sunil, All property sales will be held illegal unless the transaction is by means of a sale deed duly stamped and registered. After collecting and checking all the documents, you have to register land/ property at the Sub-Registrar or the Sub District Magistrates of your area.
