Be careful if anybody thinking to bay a flat from Mittal builder ( Trishul developer) because they will show something at the booking time but finally they will build something else. I have booked one flat in Mittal palm Jakur Bangalore, At the time of booking they shared the plan and same was built at site and after site visit I have booked the flat, Now after receiving the payment around 80% they have done changes which are directly and indirectly affecting to saleable area, aesthetics and natural lighting in common lobby. They covered the part of common lobby area in one flat out of the 5 flats at the same floor. When I inquired about these changes from builder then they said there is no change in saleable area of flats and we are only changing the common area and we have right to change anything.
