ANSAL API has launched Golf City in Lucknow with Paradise diamond and all of us who bought flats in the schme are being cheated by ansals.After paradise diamond many schemes were launched by them and they have started construction of the same much earlier,but i dont know that why they are not initiating construction of Paradise Diamond.Every time you ask their local office in Lucknow and you get a answer that in next 3 months it will start.More then one and half year is passed but still no construction has started.In contract they have mentioned that flats will be delivered in 36 months,but going by this pace i dont think that we can get the flats even in 60 months.I need a clearification from them about this pathetis status of thier flag ship launch of paradise diamond in lucknow.

Booked the Flat in PD-I in 2010.
Imposed the interest on us for which we are not responsible.

My comments to replies
I hv compiled an excel worksheet with 28 names and details available of 8 people only. Am emailing 4 more whose emails are there, to provide details. Through this forum request Amit Bajpai, Anupma, Asif, Aviral Shukla, Eagle Cliff, Kapil Pande, Manoj (Varanasi), Milind (B'lore), Pavas Tandon, Pradeep Kr. Singh (Varanasi), Sanjay Tripathi, Sudarshan Singh, Sujeet Kr. Singh, Sunil Dubey, Vijay Srivastava and Vikas to provide mobile no., email, flat details - PD1 or PD2, block etc. Any other affected person wishing to join is welcome. Next step would be to meet (at least some) together and decide on what front and on what points we will take our case to Ansals. We must not delay further. In the meantime can two members volunteer to go together to the site and ascertain progress first hand, question the contractor and obtain all necessary information. It is time for action friends. This is 4th /5th year year running after the bookings. Let us all refuse to be taken for a ride.
Hello everybody... Finally i got a forum where All PD-I & II buyer are at one platform.
I have booked a 2BHK in PD-I in 2010. Construction not ye started & they are imposing the interest on the unpaid amount.ANSAL API is cheating to customers like anyting.
