Your response you my post seemed to suggest that you are a potential buyer, but your response to Shantanu I felt you were the rep of the builder. Anyway, I found out that there is criminal investigation against the builder Nirvana Buildscape. They have violated the stay and are in contempt of the court order. I would not be comfortable putting my hard earned money at risk even though the price is attractive.
