Hi, yeah even i heard about this budget apartments. i guess this is in soft launch phase right now and has 2 types of 2BHK of 955 and 1040 sq ft. They also have 3 and 4 Bhks as well.... any idea when will the project launch???

Hi Sekhar, guess 2017 will be a good time if the possession is by that time as even the metro work till pari chowk is expected to be completed by that time... heard that the project is quite close to a Pari chowk around 4kms if im not wrong....
yeah you are right jeet the project is just around 4.5 km away from pari chowk only.

hi, i guess the area is already quite developed and by the possession time even the connectivity will improve, there are school nearby. An added advantage is that this project has supertech Czar as it neighbour...so investing now can translate to agood house in a good locality in future.
It is already a ready to move location,plus added in future when you will get possession in year 2017,you will find the area more developed.
