Q: Is there a property dispute on the Chembur Project by Nirvana Buildscape? I heard that there is an property title is not clear and property is under dispute.

There is problem with the property and Nirvana is trying to sell property they don't own. If you go see the property and speak to federation you will have more information. I agree but I live in Chembur and I have heard stories that they went to take thumb impression of the person who des not own the property at 3 am to make it a genuine sale.
