I am being followed by there man to book flats as soon as possible,As per them just after BHUMI PUJAN (which as per them is on 1st may) they are going to increase rate.
But as per me if they could not get approval since 2 yrs and still they are running for this,how they can guarantee that they will be able to finish this project.
As they are not big builder they could have used your money for their salary or other expences, so this is also worrying me whether they have money for project or not.Thanks Chetan ji & Prasant ji for your valuable inputs.
