Hi, I saw Mahaveer Amaze near Chaitanya Anananya Villas. Project has 2 and 3 BHK's and costing Rs 3250 per sq ft..
Would like to know who else has booked here, any legal issues ?

Hi all.....I've visited the site and liked the project and planning to book a flat here. How many of you completed your agreement?....Are they providing all the required documents asked by the lawyers or banks for loan approval? Any updates on the approval status? Khata doubts cleared? Anyone got the loan from SBI?
Ganesh and Vikas SBI approved the project and I have got the approval letter copy from Mahaveer......if you guys want I can share the same.........

@ganesh Yes i have booked on Land Owner Share, cheque/NEFT was given on the name of M V Mallikarjuna Reddy. For Papers please consult your lawyer

Hello Rajnish....being a flat owner and as per my information I think already 170 flats got booked out of total 267 and we have got CC certificate as well........there are many members including me already done verification through Lawyer...all looks fine....most important they have mentioned to give OC in our agreement as well........rest up to you
