Rakshit, this 4-5mths have been going on for last 5+ yrs, u seem to have vested intetest in this.... If they r going to start, why will they stop taking bookings...all builder r hungry for cash....nobody says no... I agree with Rakshit...they don't have req approvals being SRA, lot of hassles involved. Problem is it's SRA...so very high density and very less open space, so all amenities on terrace instead of ground.. Secondly it's bound to delay, even if delivered in 2021, add cost of pre-emi to another 20%-30%, which ultimately leads to lodha as they are offering subvention and nearing possession than this..
