Yes, I absolutely agree that the the gas pipe line is a must. Very basic requirement which needs to be provided for. Regarding possession dates,we are desperately waiting to move in. Earlier we were told Nv 2013, then Jan 2014, Mar 2014, June 2014. And the latest I heard is they are extending possession till August 2014.
