Would like to know whether it is safe to invest in lords city, builder reputation and the actual time of possession.

Hi everyone..I would be selling my South facing Corner Plot on 50 feet wide Road in Zone 1. This is the most prime plot in Zone 1 with clear registered title deed of which i am the owner for last 4 years. My Price is 10,00,000/= Non Negotiable .The Current Plots are sold by the developer at 18,00,000/=
@suraj why are you selling your land at such low price then the developer
