Q: Hi! Planning to buy row house in Casa Grande Pavilion-II or Elan. Your suggestions please

Latest Answer: I inquired for a row house and the cost seems to be about 72L for about 1200 sq.ft. (built-up area, which includes both that of the row house and common area). That comes to about 6000 per sq.ft. It this not exorbitantly high?! True, as Javed quoted, that we can save a lot if we buy a plot and construct on our own, but a gated community has its own advantages like security & common amenities, right?!
