Golden The Presidential Tower review
Q: What is the rate per sqft going on in this project and who all has approved the same?

My comments to replies
The current price going on in Golden The Presidential Tower is Rs 8100. The project is known to be approved by BDA and all major banks.
Who can I contact for a better deal. I see another post where the units are being offered at 5750 rs per sq feet. Is this price still available?
