Q: I am planning to buy in trifectra Verdure. Please let me know if anyone has any idea about this builder & their quality

Dear All, I recently visited the project site. All looks good from my perspective. I am planning to book 2 BKH. Clarification required on few areas: - - Is this approved by BDA?.. what is the approval number… they haven't mentioned this in their site or in Brochure! - Did anyone verify the documents?.. any issues seen? - Has anybody taken loan from SBI? - Is there any deviations reported? is OC promised? - Any idea bout road extension? I am posting this comment on behalf of my dad. I want to know what is the current rate per sqft going on in this project. Does the project has all the necessary approvals? We are looking for self use.
Hi Janak, this project has all necessary approvals.. Currently builder is quoting 3500, should be negotiable! SBI approved my home loan last week. Oval experience was very good with SBI, took only 2 weeks for processing and approval.
