Hello Venugopalan, this project was launched on Jan 2013. Once you reach kundalahalli signal you have to take second right to reach the site. The nearest landmark will be Kundalahalli bus stop.
I am hunting for an apartment in the kundanhalli area and visited several apartment yesterday. I was having silver oak also in my mind but found road to be very narrow and max width is 8 ft and that too sand road. All the owners of sonestaa meadows are also pissed off with non professional staff and bad quality of construction. One of the resident I found to be complaining about the cracks in his top floor apartment. I will definitely not go with this builder. Gold bless sonestaa meadows aparment owners.
The current price per square feet going on in this project is Rs 3900 and a 2 bhk will cost you in between Rs 42 lakhs to Rs 48 lakhs.
Do not buy any of sonestaa builder project. Construction quality is very bad. Cracks in almost all the apartment with no solution. Road is just 8 ft wide. You need to run behind labour for any small work and most of the time you need to pay extra for the work which is on top of your apartment cost. Superwiser is totally non cooperative and they dont have any timeline for any work. All the owners of the apartment are on the mercy of builder.
