Hi...I have invested in this project after lot of research about the location prospects and the other projects in the vicinity. The location if one of the best in East Bangalore . Near ITPL (7-9 kms), proposed whitefield metro station (Last station of phase 2 metro), location earmarked for purple (industrial zone) in BMRDA CDP, only junction in Bangalore (Near Channsandra) where the proposed PRR (Peripheral ring road-300 ft) , STRR (Satellite town ring road(300 ft) and NH 207 meet each other, 3 km from NH 207, near to malur industrial zone, 3.5 kms from delhi public school, Near the proposed Bangalore-Chennai 6 lane express way (One of the critical projects funded by JBIC), abutting road to the project is proposed to be a 80 feet road as this is to be used by the Oil companies (IOC, HPCL etc,,) in the vicinity and connects all the way to NH 207 on one side and malur industrial area on the other side etc,,,etc,. .
